Bask in the warm, fiery presence of Here and Now, an original mixed-media painting filled with intense atmosphere and vitality. Radiating rich, blazing tones of amber yellow, vibrant orange, and deep burnt sienna, the canvas captures a glowing dusk sky above a dark, textured silhouette of foliage. Sweeping across the brilliant background, swooping streams of birds curve gracefully in a dynamic, crescent-like formation.
What makes this artwork truly special is its dynamic, tactile depth. Hundreds of individual paper birds are meticulously placed and glued by hand onto the canvas, creating an extraordinary 3D element. When illuminated with angled or directional lighting, the raised paper forms catch subtle highlights and cast soft, shifting shadows across the painting, making the flock appear to move and come alive throughout the day.
